Vote on July 15th
Many people assume that the "real" election is in November.  But when you only have candidates from one party who have qualified, the outcome of the primary determines who goes on the ballot in November.  The end result could very well be one name on the November ballot for each elected office. Candidate for District Attorney - Griffin Judicial CircuitRudjard M. Hayes (Class of 1996) has announced his intent to run as a Republican Candidate for District Attorney in the Griffin Judicial Circuit which encompasses Fayette, Spalding, Pike and Upson counties.   Rudjard served approximately 10 years as an Assistant District Atttorney in the Coweta Judicial Circuit.  He served approximately 2 .5 years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Griffin Judicial Circuit.  The primary election will be held July 15, 2008.
